Thanks to the lovely vet from Ripon surgery who was working at Northallerton today. She explained all the options for my cat who is suffering from tritrichomonas; not easy to treat. I feel she did care about him.

Best vets we've ever been to! Very happy with my choice. My cat was very happy too which is unheard of in a vets. He was treated very gently and not put under pressure. It was our first time in the vets having relocated and the vet Richard had read Winston notes ahead of the appointment, noticed an anomaly in the prescriptions from our old vets and took measures to mitigate the differences in prescription. We were seen on time and everyone was lovely. From the initial phone call enquiry to payment. Thank you team.

My cat Teddy, went in for a dental procedure this morning. I was put at easy and reassured and talk to about the whole procedure. The nurse explained everything and took good care of teddy! I left knowing he was in the best hands and was happy to collect him later and know that everything went okay, and he was well looked after. I have only recently joined Bishopton vets. But would 100% recommend.

Attending Bishopton Vets in Northallerton today with my elderly dog more than exceeded my expectations. Having transferred due to a house move/relocation I wasn’t sure quite what to expect even though the practice had come on recommendation. My dog is an antisocial old boy and trips to the vets have never been easy but, with a nasty ear infection, we had no option and made an appointment The practice, impeccably clean inside and staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable the vet was about my dog’s health and history, immediately putting me at ease with his friendly yet professional understanding and compassion. . We left the appointment feeling supported and reassured with immediate treatment prescribed and an agreed plan of action going forward. All in all it was a fantastic first experience. I feel confident that my elderly dog is in the very best place for his veterinary care.

Bishopton vets provide the best care and professional knowledge you could ever ask for. The staff are polite and friendly and the surgery is modern, bright and clean. My dogs actually enjoy going to see their vet and I have every confidence in their professional abilities. Highly recommend them plus their 24 hour local out of hours service. Not long trips to unknown people and places all done in house at Bishopton by their amazing team.

Gabriel, my kitten came here for a triple whammy of vaccination, castration and microchipping. The service we received was top class. The team kept me informed with clear information before and after the procedures, and I'm happy to say that Gabriel came through his baptism of fire with flying colour's thanks to the dedication of the team. Northallerton Bishopton vets is such a friendly and professional vets ,my pets love going there the knowledge is brilliant ,also they have a fantastic pet hospital in ripon which I might add are brilliant cannot fault them at all a great team 100% my cavaliers are very looked after
