My dogs have been going to Orchard Vets for twelve years and have always received the best care and attention from all the staff. Whether it’s a routine check up or a more complicated condition my dogs have been treated with expertise, patience and kindness. I once had a serious emergency early on a Sunday morning and the surgery was open and ready within 30 minutes. The atmosphere at Orchard is warm and welcoming and the staff are efficient and friendly. A big thank you to Orchard on behalf of my dogs.

This was my second visit to the Stocksfield branch and I was very impressed with the way myself and my puppy Maggie were welcomed by both staff and the vet (Hannah ) I know I made the right choice in choosing Orchard house to look after my puppies needs and heath

Excellent treatment and care at the vets yesterday for this older lady. Full explanations of her much needed dental procedure - she has been struggling to eat. All the staff treating her showed very genuine kindness and care as if she were their own pet. She was in safe professional hands. Brilliant and thank you.

Orchard House is great with my pets. It’s easy to park and the waiting area is segregated and always calm. Every vet and member of the team we have seen has made my two pets feel relaxed and looked after. I absolutely recommend them.

We started using Orchard House Vets in Stocksfield after the sad loss of one of our dogs when we couldn't face staying with the vets we had. They have been fantastic; they are kind, caring and genuinely want what's best for the animals. I recommended them to my mam and she uses them now too. We very recently lost our other dog and I can't thank the staff enough for their support at such a difficult time. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had a terrible experience with a previous vets and switching to Orchard house was the best decision I ever made. Penny on reception is so friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to explain things and always phones back with additional information and the vets our dogs usually see (Jill & there is a young blonde female vet I don’t know the name of who was fantastic- thank you) are so caring and informative and our dogs genuinely love going there as apposed to the previous when there was no level of care whatsoever and the dogs obviously picked up on this. I got my girl spade here and I had no reservations at all as they talked me through the process in so much detail and even showed me their new room for large dogs where she would be staying post op- it even had a nice view!! Care post-op was also great and really helped alleviate my anxiety over what was a big operation. Would never go anywhere else and would encourage anyone to use orchard house, you would never regret it! Thank you all so much for caring for our dogs :)
