This is a very welcoming, friendly and caring vets practice.

Our cat wasn't doing well this morning. Called Orchard House as it was the closest vets we could think of. Despite our cat not being registered there, they were extremely helpful. Said to bring her straight down and she can get registered. My cat was seen within 20 minutes of arriving and the vet we saw was very knowledgeable, approachable and considerate. Both of my cats are now registered here and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent treatment and care at the vets yesterday for this 12 year old, very stiff spaniel. Whose back and shoulders were worse for wear following "rushing about" on the beach. All the staff are so very helpful, reception & vet nurse were reassuring and supportive. Shona the vet knows Indie of old and manages her so carefully and kindly. Indie is THE most reluctant attendee hiding under chairs etc. leaving is the best part of the visit in her opinion, which sometimes means a treat - she remembers this every time. Orchard House Vet centres always demonstrate very genuine kindness and care as if Indie were their own pet. So trustworthy and professional. Brilliant and thank you.

We had a bad experience many years ago with a different veterinary practice and a friend recommended Orchard House. We have been with them ever since. The care and empathy is wonderful and through good times and some really hard times Tim, Fiona and Jill and the rest of the team have seen us through. Would recommend unreservedly.

My dogs have been going to Orchard Vets for twelve years and have always received the best care and attention from all the staff. Whether it’s a routine check up or a more complicated condition my dogs have been treated with expertise, patience and kindness. I once had a serious emergency early on a Sunday morning and the surgery was open and ready within 30 minutes. The atmosphere at Orchard is warm and welcoming and the staff are efficient and friendly. A big thank you to Orchard on behalf of my dogs.

This was my second visit to the Stocksfield branch and I was very impressed with the way myself and my puppy Maggie were welcomed by both staff and the vet (Hannah ) I know I made the right choice in choosing Orchard house to look after my puppies needs and heath

Excellent treatment and care at the vets yesterday for this older lady. Full explanations of her much needed dental procedure - she has been struggling to eat. All the staff treating her showed very genuine kindness and care as if she were their own pet. She was in safe professional hands. Brilliant and thank you.
