Vets for Pets - Evesham

Very helpful experience with Sophie on reception, she’s a great credit to Evesham pets at home!! The vet was also very friendly and helpful! Thanks guys!!

Vets4Pets Evesham were fantastic when my Labrador, Bonzo, suddenly fell ill in September. I phoned in a panic after an awful night and experience at the out-of-hours and after explaining the situation, the receptionist was supportive, reassuming and got Bonzo in to be seen right away. Whilst in their care, Bonzo was treated with so much love and did everything they could to get him in the road to recovery whilst also being so supportive to me as an anxious owner who had only lost a valued pet just a month before. Bonzo made a full recovery and I cannot thank Evesham Vets4Pets (namely Gemma and Kevin) for everything you’ve done for us and the touch of a condolence card upon hearing of the loss of my cat the previous month was just beautiful!

I will never come here again!!!! Even if it's the last place I brought my piggy here because he was having breathing problems and I only had him 3weeks and they said there was nothink wrong with him and the thing was you could hear him breathing funny the next day he died and I was heartbroken 💔 😥 😔 I wanted answers they wouldn't tell me anythink months went by we had a heatwave and my other piggy was poorly he wouldn't eat or drink he wouldn't take anythink off me and he lost so much weight he was only 7months I took him to the vets they didn't even check him over they didn't even weigh him or hold him they just give him antibiotics and pain killers 3days later he died i was heartbroken 💔 😔 😢 again! so I looked on the internet because I couldn't understand why he died and it said any vet should weigh a piggy before giving them antibiotics and painkillers or any other medications you can overdose them even another vet person told me exactly the same what it said on the internet they couldn't understand why they didn't weigh him and checked him over i so mad how this has happened they could see he had no weigh to him and he was so weak all I can say to people with piggys do not take them to this vets as they have no clue what to do with piggys and I don't want people going through the heartbreak and pain what I went through I will never let my babies go to that vets again! I give it two star because the Receptionists were lovely that's all I can say

Very hardworking and dedicated staff who go out of their way to make you and your pet feel welcome and cared for. The lovely Sophie on reception always greets us with a smile and delivers exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for the customers in her care.

Useless staff, if you know the exact treatment YOUR dog needs, they won't prescribe it unless they have a consultation which is a £60 fee which is not needed if I know what MY dog needs why am I paying a random person to tell me the exact same thing. So no these vets don't have a care in the world regarding your animal unless you have £££.

The most useless set of staff going. The receptionists are never there doing their job so you can't ring them or get a hold of them because they're always at the back NOT doing what they're paid to do. Ignorant staff. The vets are also clueless. Saying a 20kg full aged bulldog is too fat and overweight. I don't know where these clueless people get hired from because they're a shambles of a vet practice.

The vets will just go ahead and do about 5 things in the room that incur a fee and not tell you what so ever which i don’t find fair.. there’s no transparency. Random injections, tiny 5 second tests such as swabs and doing an eye drop like the ones you get at the opticians which all cost how much. I’d understand if it was £10 or so, but it equals up to about £50-£100! Bit of a nasty shock when you get to the front desk..

Really lovely team, very easy to book in and organise a dental, especially through the WhatsApp function, smooth, no stress, for me or Jess! Really well priced too, thank you
