The staff are wonderful. Cared for my elderly dog so well, even put the phone next to her when I rang during the night of her stay so I could talk to her. Thank you so much for the wonderful care you provided for my little girl! Weren't phased by the tears from me and provided care to both me and my dog. Thank you.

From arriving early morning to leaving early evening the service was exemplary. Took my Kitten Belle to be spayed and all the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to make a stressful day more manageable. Well done all!

Visit with 15 year old chihuahua Mowglie to see Tom for general check up and eye test. As always reception staff friendly and efficient. Tom was pleasant as always, chatty, asking about all the crew. Full exam of Mowglie, a good chat and advice provided. Excellent as always.

Myself and my daughter took our cats to be spayed and we have got to say we actually really enjoyed the journey. The staff at this Medivet are such a fabulous group from the receptionists to the vets. They are such an amazing group of people who are genuinely interested in the welfare of you and your pets. After a bad experience at another vets I went with caution, but had no need to worry, as the staff are so friendly and explain absolutely everything you need to know about procedures and recovery that you feel able to cope and they are there for any concerns you have along the way. Dodge and Melody (sassy pants...her new name from the vets 😂😂) are recovering well and we are really really thrilled with the service given xxx

It was a very worrying time when my cat was admitted with a fractured leg/hernia. The staff were so caring and compassionate. They have telephoned me twice daily, allowing me to visit whenever I could. The team are fantastic and have taken time out to update me with any slight change. It’s been very reassuring knowing he’s in safe hands and receiving first class care/treatment. I can’t thank the wonderful team enough. Highly recommend!
