I wish I could give more than 5 stars as the team are absolutely amazing! I have had my 8 pets registered here and wow the service is always amazing and so helpful! I could not recommend enough if you are looking to choose a vets in Buxton. My dogs and cats absolutely love going here which surprises a lot of people as most animals can hate going to the vets but that just goes to show how well they are treated and looked after by the staff at Medivet. The amount of times I have rang up with questions from myths regarding animal behaviour to finding the best insurance policy- nothing is ever a problem to the staff and they are always happy to help. I will forever be grateful for the advice they have given me a long side caring for my animals. Again although 5 stars is the highest rating it’s not enough for this great practice as they go above and beyond.

Sometimes hard to get an appointment at the local surgery as opposed to their doctor their surgery 25 mins away because local one not open every day. We felt confident in the vet we saw.

We went to our local vet (Medivet) for 1st time with our 2 puppies, we were made comfy from first to last. Receptionist greeted us with a nice smile, and were seen before our due time. The vet, Barbara, was so gentle and kind with us and pups answered our questions so we understood. Very thorough and they got a clean sweep. They had their 1st jab and my little girl never flinched, where as the boy dog with my son wasn't quite as calm. Very nice experience and look forward to build up a relationship with the vets.
