I can't thank Emily enough for everything she has done for my little rabbit Theo. Theo really loves Emily and is always up for cuddles with her, never seen Theo so calm around people. Theo lived longer thanks to Emily's quick diagnosis and she has helped me with everything I have asked.

I honestly can't thankyou bright side vets swadlincote enough we've had to make the awful decision today to have our dog put to sleep and from the minute we got there the compassion and kindness we and my dog were shown was amazing the whole team made an awful situation alot easier also because we left without my dogs harness and collar they knocked on our door tonight and had brought them to our house honestly I will recommend them to everyone I know ❤️

I can’t thank Brightside enough for the compassion and care they showed my little best friend, Rumple. She suddenly became critically ill and I rushed her in and they acted immediately, running tests, giving fluids and doing everything they possibly could to help her. Even though we had to say goodbye far too soon, I know she was treated with kindness, dignity and love right until the very end. The staff were gentle, understanding and patient with me when I was distraught and they explained everything clearly. It’s heartbreaking to lose her at just 9 months old but I’ll always be grateful that her last moments were spent surrounded by people who truly cared for her. 💗

Took my cat in for a health check, clean as a whistle and an exceptionally kind vet and nurse! Probably the most pleasant vet trip I’ve had, left me with calming wipes and flea and worm treatment to keep her staying healthy. Definitely recommend, genuinely care for your animals, pleasant staff throughout 👍🏼

My dog was 17 enjoying the last 10 years being looked after by Brightside Vets. Sadly we had to make the sad decision for her to be euthanised. The day i’d been dreading, I can honestly say the kindness we were shown. How my dog was treated in her final moments was done done with dignity and compassion. I’m nowhere near ready for another furry friend but when I am I won’t hesitate to register with them again. Thank you

I couldn't begin to explain my appreciation for the kindness, consideration, professionalism shown by not only the vet we saw (Tatum) but also all the staff who work there. They clearly explained what their diagnosis was of my dogs condition, with the information presented to them and what was going to be the best course of action for HIM, in order to try to make his recovery as quick as possible. We still haven't managed to get to the bottom of his illness and further tests may be needed. The veterinary practice offers a messaging system, so your never very far from a professional or advice if needed. We were so impressed with the service received, we also moved our other dogs care to this practice too. A big thank you to all the staff and would highly recommend anyone with a pet to visit this practice.

I have been fortunate and unfortunate enough to required Bright Side a couple of times. Once for castration on a French Bulldog - the team were fantastic, reasonable pricing and a friendly happy atmosphere. Also great aftercare. Secondly was the unfortunate event which was at the time my old, depleting Husky. It was time, Bright Side held our hand through the process and really made the sad moment a comfortable one. He was a big boy, I'm talking 50kg and the price was really good, so good I almost went elsewhere because I was expecting a poor service but I was very, very surprised. They took care of us and our boy. We had an individual cremation, and we're presented in less than two weeks with a wonderful coffin style box, clay paw print and a small clipping of his hair. RIP KIKO. 💔❤️ Bright Side, thank you.
