Absolutely great, answered all my questions and very informative and helpful on whether or not to castrate Bertie Bear

It's always tough losing a pet, especially when the hardest decision has to be made for their benefit, not ours. Our recent example was to say goodbye to Sunny, our lovely mackerel tabby, aged approx 8, suffering kidney failure. Thanks to Will, James, Lauren and Kayla of Chase Veterany clinic, he had the best treatment and care - as did we throughout a worrying time. They were all lovely and considerate, and at no time did we consider ourselves under pressure when the final decision had to be made. Ann & Adrian

Our two previous dogs hated going to the vet (not Chase View, I must make clear!). But Chase View make a point of minimising stress and our dogs are very happy to attend - especially as free treats for dogs are provided in the waiting area! The practice is still independent and privately owned, rather than part of a large national chain (which happened to the previous practice we attended), and I think this gives it a much more caring and personal approach. Long may that continue. Same-day appointments seem pretty standard. They have a computerised self-check-in system, which works well and I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes after my appointment time. The vets are both caring to the animals, handling them with respect (and more treats!) and helpful to the pet owner, taking time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. Prescriptions are dispensed without undue wait from friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. The premises are airy and clean and there is ample parking. We have in the past used the Chase View hydrotherapy unit for an arthritic labrador, who loved going there - probably because of the lovely staff who ran it so well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chase View to any dog owner, especially for anyone with a dog with a bit of a vet phobia.

I have been connected with Chaseview Vets since 1996 when we first moved here. They are exemplary..... they are kind, and treated all the dogs I have had with compassion and kindness. If any treatment was required they explained it and it helped aleviate any suffering to a dog. I recommend them to you. Also I am deaf and at my last visit I was treated with respect and kindness too, which does not happen everywhere!! THANK YOU

We took our dear cat to Chaseview for a sedation and clean after falling into a container of oil. From start to finish everyone there were so very kind and pulled out the stops to help him. We felt so relieved to have such a caring vets practise and felt that the fee was very reasonable considering his treatment, time in the surgery and after care. A big heartfelt thankyou from Cooper cat and his mum and dad

This little chap got a grass seed in his toe, out of hours of hours, of course! Phoned the vets , got him seen and home with no fuss and no un necessary medical expenses. Great service, this was our first visit even though we have been registered for a while. Thanks very much.

Very pleasant, helpful staff from start to finish. I rang the out of hours service for a querie regarding our brand new puppy. They put our minds at rest but suggested bringing her in the following morning for a check over. They checked her thoroughly, not just for the issue we rang about, but also weighed her, checked her teeth and thankfully gave her a clean bill of health. Really impressed.
