If I could leave a zero star review then I would. We were with the practice, for our multiple dogs and equines, for several years. I found out, purely by accident, that they had had a change of policy for foreign adopted dogs and would no longer treat them without a blood test. I had no issues with wanting another blood test, but the fact that they didn't communicate this change to me meant that, in the event of needing treatment, they would have declined to provide anything except for basic care (i.e. normally euthanasia). Correspondence with one of the directors was like an MP being interviewed so I never found out why no-one told me that my dogs were no longer eligible for treatment. Needless to say, the whole family has found a new practice that doesn't discriminate.

Never been to the vets. but traveled long way for the dog show. to support it very disappointed the prizes and resets where shocking the rosets was like somthing out of a Christmas cracker.

The vets are very good but they told me that my dog was definitely cancelled on the pet plan but continued to take money out for 4 months after she was meant to be off it. I have had payment back for 1 month but they won’t accept they owe me for another 3. I’ve been trying hard to get it back but they won’t respond. Very disappointed 😞

So pleased with the care given to my poorly cat yesterday, the vet that we saw was knowledgeable and also understanding, she listened to me and all my concerns for my cat. Receptionist was also friendly and helpful. Thank you from Nyla the now not so poorly Sphynx

We have used Chaseview Vets since moving to the area 10 years ago and they have cared for four of our pets over that time, two of whom are sadly no longer with us. Throughout it all, the team have been exceptional. The reception staff are always friendly, considerate and professional, and the vets and nurses are consistently fantastic. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never rush you, which I really appreciate. What always stands out is how they speak in a way that makes you feel fully informed and confident about the care your pet is receiving. It’s clear they genuinely care about both the animals and their owners. I cannot recommend them highly enough
