Such an amazing team, my cat was struggling for the last couple of months of her life due to Megacolon. The team were so attentive and caring, towards not only her wellbeing but mine also and were so supportive during the last few months of her life, with constant check ups on myself and call ups to check on her wellbeing, very truthful and caring up until she had no choice but to be put to sleep. Can not thank the team enough, and highly recommend their care.

Can’t thank pets at Coalville enough for their attentive care to my cat, having experts at hand and not only caring about my cat but my wellbeing also. A great team throughout with a friendly reception team and compassionate vet team who really put the animals first! I wouldn’t take my cat anywhere else thank you so much x

Vets are knowledgeable and caring. Each time I've been I've seen a different vet, all have taken the time to explain different treatment options, the pros and cons of each and the cost involved.

Had to have our beloved Ruby put to sleep and we could not have asked for a better vet, she was kind, caring and compassionate, she understood our emotions and treated us and Ruby with respect. She helped us so much through the process we couldn’t have done it without her. She gave us a little room to sit in and say our goodbyes and didn’t rush us to get the deed done, she said take your time and let me know when you are ready. We sat there for about hour and half before we could bring ourselves to say yes we are ready, and in all this time she kept popping in with tissues and kind words. I would like to thank HER and the staff in Coalville for your patience and understanding and we will be forever grateful for your kindness

cannot thank Charlotte and team enough for a fantastic service. Charlotte and team for a successful c section on Whinnie, 6 babies all 6 alive and are now doing well, (2 boys decided they wanted to come out together and neither one was winning). Tina, you saw us driving up and came down to open the doors as it was only 08:30am. apparently there is a sign to call and someone would be down to let us in but stressed & concerned we didn’t see it and we were panicking and knocking on the door. You were so calm and thoughtful which helped a lot. I’m sure Whinnie herself would like to thank you all too, she was clean and dry and her dirty towel that we took her in was already in the washing machine in the back room. Xxxxx

This place is disgusting!On Friday evening we had to get our guineapig put to sleep because she was very poorly and operation would be very risky. I was inside of the room holding my guineapig in her final moments and my mum went outside of the room because she was obviously upset and distressed. The vet was nice and understanding towards everything but the receptionist however were not.When I came home my mum told me that when she was in the waiting room the receptionist had been laughing at eachother whilst my mum was obviously there crying. After about 5 minutes whilst she was crying the receptionist asks Do you want to pay now obviously ignoring the fact that my mum is literally there upset.They didn't comfort her they didn't ask if she was okay just laughed and asked her if she wanted to pay.The customer service here is horrible and don't come here they obviously only care about the money.

We travel over an hour from Ashbourne to use this surgery for our 4 terriers, we have followed the vets from previous practices as they really are worth travelling for… Charlotte and her staff are absolutely brilliant, not only with our hairy family but also with us. Recently had to have an eye removed from our little Daisy as she was really struggling with ulcers and my fears were totally unfounded. Daisy was looked after like the princess she is, after all, a chihuahua x yorkie deserves to have the best care and it was still half the price of some of our local surgeries. We are over the moon with how well it has healed and people haven’t even noticed it is missing. Thank you all for your continued care. Love from Us, Daisy, Hattie, Harry and Poppy PS will be in soon to have the princess toe nails done as I still can’t get anywhere near them 🙈🙈

My recently experience with this Vets4Pets branch was fantastic, everyone helped (Dawn and Sophie) was super nice, friendly, understanding and professional, they did more than I could imagine to help animals, I thank you so much for all their hard work. The vet is located upstairs inside Pets at Home, there is a lift for customers and their pets if needed, the waiting area is spacious and clean. Lots of free animals related leaflets / advices. Plenty of free parking spaces, including disabled and parents & children parking spaces as it’s in a shopping centre area, do watch out the free parking time limit.
