Friendly, Caring and Very Accommodating We use Vet4Life in Shepperton for both of our dogs, and have always had a really positive experience. Recently Brodie had a swollen foot and we called just before closing time. The team were fantastic and still managed to fit us in at short notice, which we really appreciated. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they always make sure the dogs feel calm and relaxed when they’re there. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after. We’re very happy with the care they provide and would happily recommend Vet4Life Shepperton.

Friendly, helpful & professional. My dog isn’t great at the vets so all the staff go the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience for him and he is much better at being seen and may even enjoy going now. Cannot recommend Rachel and all the staff enough for their patience with him. Everything is explained in full so that we understand exactly what needs to be done.

My family and I are so incredibly grateful to the amazing team at this wonderful vet practice. Within 16 hours we had to put our beloved 14 year old Cavachon and 91/2 year old rabbit to sleep. It was a heartbreaking time but the empathy, professionalism and genuine care made an unbearable situation a little more bearable. The staff are more than professionals - they have become like friends over the years going above and beyond - staying past their hours, giving my family and my pets the time, space and support we needed. They treated us like family and that level of care is truly rare. Thank you for your unwavering dedication, your compassion and for walking this long journey with us.
