Claro Hill Vets

This practice is brilliant and truly deserving of all its existing five-star reviews (which helped us decide to take our dog here). Our senior dog has quite a lengthy medical history, and we have now seen two vets who have both been absolutely fantastic. Each clearly took the time to thoroughly understand her background before our visits, which made discussions about her care feel very easy and reassuring. The reception team is also great. We would highly recommend this practice.

Amazing vets, Laura fitted me in last minute to treat my cat Twiggy. On the day blood test's is a huge advantge, to find out what was going on and how to treat. She is now back to 100% health and darting about like she a kitten, when she isn't young! Highly recommend 😃

Amazing family run independent vets, free parking , accessible, great value for money

A great vets that I would highly recommend. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They always put the dogs first and both our dogs want to go in when we get there which is great as one of our dogs was scared before we even went in the door at our last vet.

We are so happy we moved to Claro Hill Vets last year. My little Winnie loves her visits and the staff all truly care. A really warm and personal service. Thank you.

Such a lovely vets! The whole team is so friendly and supportive. My dog has been in a few times for spaniel-induced accidents and they’ve always been attentive. The team checks up to see how things are and show genuine care for the animals they treat. With it being a new practice, the set up is great and they have plenty of parking which is helpful if you don’t want to bring your dog into the reception in case they’re anxious.

I’m so grateful to the amazing team at Claro Hill vets. When my dog had a serious injury, Laura and her team booked us in at very short notice and treated us with such kindness and care. From the moment we walked in, I felt reassured that my dog was in the best hands. The team were extremely caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped. Thanks to the entire team, my dog is on the mend — I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I took my daughter with her much loved guinea pigs today to get their nails trimmed as we were struggling. All the staff were so lovely and managed to keep the piggies still effortlessly to have their nails trimmed in no time at all and also give tips on how to do them ourselves. I know the piggies weren’t too chuffed at the time but secretly I think they really enjoyed all the attention and cuddles that were lavished on them. A huge thanks to everybody, I now have one very happy girl and two not so quite so impressed, but neatly nail trimmed piggies! I’d highly recommend Claro Vets, what a great set up and really friendly staff,

It’s rare to find the level of care and service you receive at Claro Hill. The practice is state-of-the-art—with facilities like a CT scanner—and the team’s experience and compassion are outstanding. I popped in about a little concern and received a follow-up call today to check in on our dog, which really shows how proactive they are. They were able to recommend a kennels for us last year too. You can truly feel the difference that comes with an independently owned and managed practice. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Everyone I’ve had dealings with at Claro Hill Vets are exceptional at what they do. Genuine animal lovers. Ground level when meeting and dealing with my dog. Kept in touch by telephone to check up on my dog post surgery…followed by several practice visits. Cannot recommend Claro Vets highly enough.
