I just love this veterinary practice the receptionist always greets you with a smile, I was feeling a bit flustered with rushing but it wasn't a problem being 5 mins late. Every vet my two dogs have seen makes me and my dogs calm and relaxed. The professional advice I was given was exceptional, the practice are more than happy to listen to your views on treatment pathways and the best way to tick all the boxes so you yourself (the ownrer) are happy with treating your pet. I cannot recommend this practice enough. My dogs normally are seen in Northallerton but due to unfortunate circumstances I had to use Thirsk, Northallerton will be opening again soon, but wherever you go you are definitely more than welcome. We took our Border Collie Skye for a consultation with Evdokia Kritsiligkou from Veterinary Vision. As soon as you enter you are greeted with a lovely friendly welcome from reception. Evdokia and her colleague were absolutely brilliant with Skye. They were professional, efficient and so very caring in the way they treated Skye, constantly reassuring her and keeping her relaxed throughout the examination. We have been so impressed with every stage of Skye's treatment - thank you so very much for all you've done.

We came to Thirsk to have a consultation regarding our dogs eyes, and we met a lovely Vet and Nurse who were very gentle and kind whilst carrying out the necessary tests so that Daisy felt calm. Our Vet explained fully what was being done and the outcome in easy terms and we felt confident in them at all times. Daisy luckily needs no further treatment at this time but we wouldn't hesitate coming back to Bishopton Vet Group with Visionary Vets.

Our two dogs; 14yrs and 17yrs, have been using Bishopton vets since day one of them being puppies. I lost my eldest a week ago and with the vets support, they have made my dog Finkles last moments special. They were compassionate and understanding through a tremendously difficult time. They have always shown patience and kindness to our boys throughout their lives.

Fantastic veterinary practice. They have looked after several of our pets with multiple health issues over the past few years. They have been consistently thorough, caring and compassionate and every member of their team has been extremely helpful to us at all times.

Amazing, kind & such an accommodating practice!! Highly recommend!! We’ve always struggled to take our rescue fur baby girl to the vet’s but she was well looked after and made to feel safe and comfortable whilst having her check up! Thankyou so much again :)!
