My dogs were due a Rabies and booster jab...they got a check over too and bet noticed my oldest did wasn't responding as she should in one eye...a thorough check was done and they got me sorted with an eye specialist straight away...I was happy with the outcome and diagnosis...very good vet practice ....and two happy dogs..

Thankyou to vet Jack and the night nurse Catherine for looking after nutmeg for his two night stay. Jack went out of his way to reassure and provide updates and allowed us to visit him after work in the evening too! Was so hard having him there so it was very much appreciated. Thankyou to the day staff as well who I didn't meet but I'm sure did a wonderful job at keeping nutmeg well and safe. So glad to have him home thanks for making sure he came home well! 🥰 we appreciate all you do for our furry family members!!

We were very disappointed with our recent experience at this clinic, especially given its strong reputation and recommendations. We attended as this is the emergency provider for our usual vet, after our cat developed sudden changes in her condition. The initial customer care over the phone and through a partial part of our time in the clinic was excellent — the individual in the care team was professional, polite, and reassuring. However, our consultation with the attending veterinarian was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Her tone was rushed and patronising, and explanations regarding our cat’s condition were minimal and unclear. From midway through the appointment, she turned to her computer and did not face us again, even when discussing significant additional charges to the estimate. These costs were presented without detailed explanation, and our request for a breakdown was avoided. Instead, we were repeatedly asked for a signature and then directed to another staff member. As concerned owners, we found the lack of transparency, eye contact, and compassion particularly upsetting. Ultimately, we chose to monitor our cat at home and seek follow-up care with our regular vet, who provided clear and thorough guidance. While we acknowledge that this clinic provides valuable services to many pet owners and that others have had positive experiences, our own visit left us feeling disregarded, dissatisfied and honestly really upset.

From the moment we arrived our experience was second to none. The care taken of our puppy Timmy was outstanding, He came in as a emergency and was seem straight away, the consultation was quick and followed by scans and X-rays , the staff where outstanding calm, confident , keeping us updated all the time of what was going on. He was operated on within a few hours and the after care from all the team was fantastic, with updates and telephone calls Would highly recommend .
