Really unhappy with this vets at the moment . Everything seems to be about squeezing you and extracting every penny they can charge you.

Welcoming staff, excellent approach to both customer and pet, very reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone.

This isn’t my usual vets but I had an emergency and for some strange reason my local Moorview doesn’t have a vet in for a couple of days in the week. The female vet (brown hair) was phenomenal, really helpful and explained everything in great detail. She made me feel a lot better and was actually better than my usual vet. If this vet wasn’t so far away I would definitely switch.

So, the vet (Young blonde lady) was absolutely wonderful, so accommodating, and really engaged. She offered advice etc and made sure all pups were happy and healthy before their jabs etc. You know someone is in the right job when it seems effortless. *(It was hard and bloody frustrating trying to actually get the appointment initially, after several cancellations and rearranged appointments, we got seen with our pups. Disappointingly, it just means that they'll be almost 18weeks by the time they get out and punding the pavements)

Normal branch is Backworth due to their professionalism, friendliness and location however we couldn’t get our new puppy booked in for a week so was given the option to go to Ashington branch the next day. I get anxious with change but I would definitely use Ashington again, both the receptionist and Vet were brilliant, we were made to feel so welcome which really helped the pup too.
