Very accommodating. Allowed us to bring our out door cat in at any time for her early injection. When she came into the house we were able to get her in her carrier, rang the surgery and they told us to take her straight over. We only sat 10mins and our cat was seen to. We would highly recommend this surgery.

Very friendly practice, the receptionist is always welcoming and always remembers my dog when we come in. The vets are perfect with my dog too as he is nervous around men, they take the time to reassure him and calm him down before treating him. Not one complaint from me.

I cannot fault R&P. As they have several branches we were able to take our dog Archie to Bedlington as Blyth was full. The vet, Jonathan was lovely. Very gentle with Archie & he explained everything. The lady at reception was also very friendly and helpful. Other vets would benefit from having the same approach to treating the animals and showing kindness.
