I am absolutely delighted with everything that was done for Charlie by all the team at Kentdale. From the first greeting on arrival I felt that they were kind and considerate when dealing with Charlie's situation. They were prompt in making sure that Charlie was comfortable, and had him settled in no time. A special thanks to Gemma, who was to do the op. She took me through the procedure and showed me the Xrays explaining all the while what was there and how they were going to deal with it, in doing so I felt very much at ease going forward. The team were kind enough to contact me at all stages, before and after to let me know how things had gone, and to explain what I needed to do for him on collection. Charlie has to go back in a few weeks for a checkup and I can only hope that I have been as good to him and not let down the effort put in by the Team at Kentdale. My sincerest thanks to you all

The process from referral from our vets to Kentdale was very easy and so quick to see us, infact the very next morning. We were incredibly anxious but was put so at ease when we saw one of the surgeons Graham who explained everything fully. The night staff who looked after our Stanley were so lovely and caring. From beginning to discharge was made so so easy, with as many updates as we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. The price was very good, consultation, ct scan, spinal operation, after care, medication etc...£5310 and worth every penny, from our little boy not being able to walk and was dragging his hind legs, and 3 days later hes walking and at home on the road to recovery. We can't thank Kentdale referrals enough. Highly recommend.

Excellent professional warm staff throughout. I cannot praise the receptionists enough who did so much work to ensure all my dogs history & insurance was in place prior to my appointment. Vet fully explained processes & diagnosis & aftercare. Highly recommend.

They treated my cat Billie after she got run over . They really were very friendly and compassionate during such a traumatic time. Billie had to have surgery on her pelvis, their consultation was very thorough, explained in a way we could understand. Thank you all so very much.

Absolutely blown away at the level of care and service these people provide, my dog never takes to people but she loved the nurses here. The pricing is superb, I got a CT scan, consultation, MRI and a surgery which required attention on 4 different vertebrates in my dogs neck as well as 4 days hospitalisation and all medications/anastasia for 6 grand, in terms of vet bills that's a god send. I was kept up to date every step of the way. If you need serious care for your pet please go here you won't be disappointed.

All the staff were very positive, you feel that everyone working here genuinely likes animals which is such a comforting feeling. Yan was our veterinary surgeon and I immediately felt at ease when meeting him, he explained everything very clearly and you can tell he cares about what he’s saying. Sophie was our vet nurse, I cried my eyes out for the first 5 minutes of meeting her and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. All the ladies we met that worked on reception gave a warm welcome which is what you need when you’re balling your eyes out dropping off your poorly pets. We were actually referred here for our first treatment (CT scan) and then another place for our second treatment (operation) but because we liked the staff and the initial care so much we asked to be re-referred here.

Referred for examination and tests by our local vet. A very responsive service, very quick to make contact with us and offer an appointment. The practice is easy to locate and only minutes from the M6 motorway. It is spacious, welcoming and from the moment you enter, all staff are friendly and helpful. There are public toilets in the entrance, a free drinks machine and seating area. Car parking is free and both this and the building can accommodate disabled wheelchair users. Our allocated vet was extremely thorough with testing of our pet dog and explained all procedures clearly. All in all our experience was faultless and furthermore, as we have been referred and accepted, our pet can remain under their care for the next 12 months, during which time we can refer ourselves directly, if necessary. Highly recommended!

Can't thank the Kentdale team enough. Outstanding care given to both Bertie & ourselves prior to & throughout his amputation process much gratitude to Simon, his surgeon, the nursing team & receptionists.He is recovering well at home & can't wait to live his best life on the beach 😀

I would highly recommend these vets. From the beginning Amy went out of her way to find an appointment that fitted into our schedule as we travelled quite a way. They treated myself and my dog with professionalism and kindness. Jan, the veterinary surgeon gave us expert advice and also listened and we discussed our options on how we would manage my dog. I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and support and I wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future.
