The team at New Mills Medivet have been incredible start to finish with my reactive collie. We don’t often visit the vets because she’s extremely reactive but it was time for her spay and they helped make every step of the way easy and stress-free for all of us. They have done a fantastic job and I felt such a relief knowing she’d been well cared for and they listened and completely understood our concerns and fully catered to her needs. Can’t thank you all enough! 🐶🤍

We switched to Medivet New Mills about a year ago, following the recommendations of 2 friends, and what a good decision that has turned out to be. Our main dealings have been with Stefano and Erhan, who have shown great patience, compassion and skill in dealing with our own 2 cats, and in particular with a very neglected stray who we were fostering. Credit also to the very helpful and welcoming reception staff.

Really great service. Popped in as our spaniel Belle picked up a thorn in one of her feet.... We didn't have an appointment and we aren't even from the area. Belle was seen within 10mins on a Saturday morning and the thorn removed free of charge. Excellent service!

Excellent vets moved over recently from another local vet who I wasn't happy with. Medivet new mills were recommended. Seen 2 vets up to know both kind caring and very thorough. Reception lovely highly recommend

I can’t recommend Medivet in New Mills enough! Every staff member we spoke with was so friendly, supportive and kind. Our vet really went above and beyond, she took such care with my dog and took the time to go through everything with me. When it came to getting medication, the woman at the desk was so lovely and again, really took her time to go through everything with me to ensure I felt confident with what was required. You can tell everyone working there is so passionate about what they do. I feel incredibly lucky to know this incredible team is a phone call away when it comes to looking after my dog as I know he is in such good hands. Thank you to the team at Medivet New Mills.

I have taken my cat to Medivet New Mills for over 8 years, When he became ill suddenly last week the vet was able to see him straight away and examine him. Follow up next day confirmed he was unlikely to recover and we agreed with the vet to put him down. He was 18 years old, and in later years had been well looked after by the vets, nurses and reception staff at the practice. I have nothing but praise for their attention, kindness and efficiency. Thank you.
