We went to the Brookfield veterinary practice the first time as it had gone really bad with our dog over night and we couldn't get hold of our usual vet. We had decided to put our dog down and the Vet treated our dog with so much love and respect , giving us space to say good buy. And a few days later we even got a card from Brookfield saying how sorry they were for our loss. We will definitely return to Brookfield.

Although I didn't have a great experience in Ledbury, I have to give credit where it's due here. My cat developed a UTI and a remote vet (Joii) said she needed to be seen out of hours. My usual vet's out of hours cover is 45 minutes away, which is a lot with a sick pet and so I called Brookfield. The duty vet who started in February 2026 was so kind to see her. It was midnight/1am and she made Belle comfortable, gave me all the information and medication needed, and even ran tests on her urine. I am so very grateful to her. We are now registered because of the 24 hour vet cover.

I can’t thank Brookfield enough. They’ve taken the best care of my puppy, providing me with expert advice and guidance and answering every question. I have every faith that they put the best interest of animals at the forefront of everything they do. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable, taking time to speak to me about my concerns with empathy. Amazing team!

I took Freddy to see Chris and I was very pleased with the outcome one. As always Chris took the time to assess the symptoms and we decided to go ahead with the relevant treatment with a view to reviewing it in one month.i was very pleased with the whole appointment
