Amazing experience today! Came to see our old vet Shaun who we used many moons ago and trust for a second opinion and from start to finish I finally felt like we were being listened too in regards to our dogs health and hopefully with the right plan for her moving forward we will have a happy puppy. Due to the amazing experience both our dogs are now registered here! Even got offered a drink while waiting so that was a nice touch 😊 The ladies at the front desk were both also very lovely, thank you ☺️

Outstanding care from the entire team at Harrogate Vets. From the moment you walk through the door, you are met with professionalism, warmth and genuine compassion. Every member of staff takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes what can often be a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. The clinical expertise is exceptional, but what truly sets them apart is how much they care. They treat your pet as if it were their own and never make you feel rushed. Communication is thorough, follow up is prompt and you always feel fully supported. I would definitely recommend this practice. I was booked in with Joanne and have seen her before with my 16-year-old dog. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive, always taking the time to listen and understand my dogs’ needs. Her level of care is exceptional, and she is without a doubt one of the nicest vets I’ve ever come across. The rest of the team are always very welcoming. It’s also helpful having the two practices for convenience as well.

We had to have our beautiful Springer, Dottie put to sleep yesterday and Sean(?) the Vet couldn’t have been kinder. He explained he thought we were making the right decision and had never seen a 15 year old Springer. Also let us know every step of the procedure as we said goodbye to our beautiful girl. The expertise and care from all members of the team is exceptional. We have had to deal with difficult admin of moving pets to Australia and Harrogate Vet were so on top of everything and took so much care taking bloods from our very nervous dog. We've taken our cat for mystery illnesses before and they take the time to examine and diagnose and talk through treatment plans. I've been to a handful of vets over the years with both the dog and cat and Harrogate Vets is the best by far.
