Used this vets for years and ok if you only need routine procedures ie yearly vaccinations ext but when we really needed a vet they failed us badly, my Millie got diagnosed as diabetic and from diagnosis they didn’t have a clue, if we didn’t change vet’s when we did we would have lost her , if you love your pet stay away from this place., i am so angry about the incompetence,

I had to have my cat put to sleep and the staff couldn't have been kinder to both me and Sabrina. They were really good as she had been missing for a couple of days and when she returned I could see all was not well with her. I rang to see if they could see her and even though they were due to close they said to take her along. They were all so caring with her making sure she was comfortable when it was time. She passed peacefully with her head in my hand purring. Thank you to all the staff.

We sadly had to have our 13 year old English Bulldog, Hardy, put to sleep earlier this week. Olivia was fantastic, she tended to him in the back of our van with us around him throughout. She was so gentle with him and it was just as though he had gone into a deep sleep, minus his snoring. Then today we received a lovely card and some Forget Me Not seeds to remember him by, so thoughtful. Highly recommend Olivia and her team.

We moved from another vets after some pricing issues and we couldn't be happier with these new vets. Our bulldog needed an operation and I was so concerned as brachycephalic breeds need extra care. From the receptists, Caroline and Sophie, who were so kind when I had a wobble, to Sally the nurse who looked after Bryan, to Ed the vet, who not only operated, but did amazingly well with what could have been a large and ugly scar, we couldn't have asked for better treatment and care. Thank you so much 😊

I think one of the clearest measures of a veterinary practice is how they treat wildlife (animals they won’t benefit financially from helping). I brought a sick pigeon here today after witnessing a group of teenagers trying to kick and chase her. I didn’t know what else to do, but the team took her in immediately. They were honest that they didn’t know whether they’d be able to help if she couldn’t fly, but they reassured me they would assess her injuries and do what was kindest. Even if the outcome is that she has to be put to sleep, that is infinitely more humane than what she was facing before. Their willingness to help an overlooked animal speaks volumes about their values. This practice clearly cares about animal welfare, and I’d have no reservations bringing my beloved pets here (if I had any!).
