They used to have some lovely, caring vets. But new vets are aggressive and rude: they seem to care more about making money than treating animals and customers with dignity. It's a real shame because we used them for years.

Steph is incredibly friendly and helpful, she is a merit to the practice. We have always had good experience here with our reactive dogs, we had the cats registered but obviously didn’t come in half as often as we now do. Knowledgeable staff and really good with your pets. Our dogs love going to the vets they get beyond excited when we pull in the car park.

Just phoned up to tell them my bulldogs eye problem has flared up again and asked for some more eye drops, they said that I would need to see a vet again even though I’ve seen a vet recently for this problem. Left with little choice I agreed to see the vet but then they said the earliest appointment is Monday afternoon. This means my poor dog has to spend all weekend with his eyes shut and leaking horrible green goo, when I said this to them they didn’t care and suggested using an out of hours service. I don’t have much money and struggle with vet bills there is no way I can afford out of hour service. They said they were closing shortly but I could have been there in less than 5 minutes. To leave my dog my best friend like this is cruel. I could have been there before they closed but they decided leaving an animal in distress for a whole weekend was ok. I’m totally disgusted with this as NO ANIMAL SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SUFFER.

Always been a good reliable vets but recently seeing different vets every visit made it hard to understand sometimes what was been translated , so I decided to move to a more local vets for ease of access , just to penalised with a £40 payment for our last visit ? I always have asked receptionist on way out after seeing vet if any payment was required and our last visit on the 18th September was the same she told me no payment required for the recheck of my dogs ear , just to receive a phone call today saying we owe £ 40 consult fee?? I have paid in full today but just be careful if you ever leave that there will be an exit fee payable , big company big profits guess that’s how the world works 😔

Very friendly staff. Nice place, quiet in waiting area. Expensive but most vets are.

Can’t thank the team at vets 4 pets littlemoor for their help with our furbabys. We’ve had one of them with a pelvic fracture and then the week after the other kitty had a blocked urethra which is very dangerous. They really have gone above and beyond to help us through this horrendous time. You really are all amazing and thank you so much for everything xx

Used to be good, not so great now I'm afraid. Theres a certain receptionist that always talks down to you the rest are ok. When Talia and Carol used to be vets there it was a great place. It's all about the money honey. We all know as customers we have to pay, NO NEED TO KEEP REMINDING US Mrs receptionist. It's part and parcel of taking your pet to see a vet. The vet treats the pet and we pay, we aren't stupid. Think I'll be going off to spire from now on.
