Lovely place and lovely people. Just had my cat put down as she wasn’t well and was getting old. We were really upset with it all but they comforted us and did the best for her. They offered us a paw print and some hair, and the price wasn’t bad at all. Thank you so much to the vet that helped us 🩷.

We had to take our cat to the emergency vets at Spire last Sunday. The vet that greeted us was A.J. She was super friendly and helpful. She spent a long time assessing our Ronnie and dressing a very awkwardly situated wound in the end of his tail. She did such a good job that the dressing is still in place a day and a half later. A great service.

Not our usual vet but saw our cat as an emergency. I was impressed by friendly staff and how efficiently they dealt with our cat. No fuss. No additional and unnecessary bits of treatment or medication.

The vet was lovely, although a £48 fee just for the appointment is very steep. Given ear wash, drops and antibiotics for my dogs ear infection, it’s the first time I’ve ever been and the vet didn’t clean his ears and administer the drops, she offered to put drops in but I said it’s better to clean his ears first as it’s full of infection to which I was told I could do later at home. The appointment was one of diagnosis and prescription not of care administered so I doubt I will go back as I paid a lot of money, yet my dog wasn’t administered care. I have been going for years, the level of care does not match the cost.

The second time this vet has failed our dogs both resulting in them being put to sleep! The first we took our dog with a lump on his back leg only to be told it was harmless he later died of cancer on the rear end, then we took our other dog we seen a different vet at the same practice who sent our dog home with a anti sickness injection and antibiotics even though she didn’t have a temperature , 2 days later she was even worse so we took her to a different vet’s where we was told she had kidney failiure and diabetes she had a massive seizure and sadly had to have her put to sleep ! I called to speak the owners of spire vets about this and was told we couldn’t and had to put this forward in writing and we had no response from spire vets ! Seriously consider swapping vets as they have 2 deaths of their hands and they havnt even the decency to reply ! Please avoid this vets they need closing down !!!!!

Amazing vets . Handled our babies with utmost care and respect . We recently had to say goodbye to a beautiful pretty princess Alice and we can't thank them enough for the time , care, advice and treatment for Alice . Would highly recommend all the staff here . Dexter and Alice forever loved and missed .

Spire vets have looked after my girl for almost 11yrs we moved and I did stay with your practice but found it to far. Then I moved into a bungalow so happy to be back it spire. My girl is 11 yrs now and you have looked her from a puppy to the old lady she is today. Thank you to all the wonderful staff,❤️
