How wonderful to find a vet practice that puts it's clients and their pets at the heart of everything they do. They are not a big corporate practice trying to upsell at every consult, they are a local, independent practice genuinely doing the best for your pet, for the best value they can. At all of my visits everyone has been professional, friendly and compassionate and most importantly, listened to me as a pet owner and discussed treatment options in a practical yet sensitive manner. Absolutely top notch! The staff are extremely proficient, friendly and caring. My overly exuberant, rather large dog felt completely at ease and was welcomed as part of the Mortimer family immediately!

We had to say goodbye to our amazing dog today. Kaz who came to our house was lovely and friendly Kenzo loved her, which meant he was at peace. Thank you so very much for being caring and amazing to us all. X

Fantastic vets, staff are warm and welcoming and give the best advice. Excellent new build with lots of parking. A bonus is the price.. they certainly do not rip the customer off. Can't praise Rowena and team enough.
