I contacted the practice for guidance about my puppy’s recently lost tooth and what signs I should monitor. I wasn’t asking staff to make the decision for me, but I was repeatedly told that I had to decide myself. I found her tone dismissive and felt my concerns as a pet owner were not taken seriously!! They will be hearing from me very soon! I will not take rudeness from vet staff lightly. My complaint will be sent and the woman who was rude will be dealt with by the manager!! Disgusting service!!!

Lovely staff, only issues l have is that l phoned to make appointment for both my dogs to visit together and when l arrived l was told that no appointment had been made and to be honest l was made to feel stupid as though l had dreamt that l made the appointment at all, l hadn't even arrived on wrong day, extremely annoying, secondly parking is so tight its difficult to get anything out of car via the passengers doors, however l park in a nearby road leading to the Carisbrook Schools but note the parking restrictions. Having said all that, l cannot speak highly enough of the staff.

Up to now we have always been happy with the service but this time I feel they let my cat down hundreds spent and becsuse results take such a long time to arrive and he became so poorly we felt we had to say goodbye bless him and we find ourselves waiting for results over a week later. I am so disappointed

We've always had a fantastic experience with this practice. All staff are very friendly and polite, you can tell they genuinely care about the animals. Super compassionate when it comes to the end of life visits also. Would highly recommend!
