Grace, Mel, and Sarah contacted me and helped me when my cat had been missing for 8 weeks. All three of them are absolutely fantastic women. They are kind, well-trained, caring, and truly compassionate. I’m so grateful to know that people like this still exist. I honestly cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done. Very friendly, efficiently and knowledgeable staff

Sadly had to get my beloved dog put to sleep, the team were amazing and ive just picked him up and the thought that went into bringing him home was so touching, and a special shout out to Chloe who was so sweet amd thoughtful throughout. Thankyou all

I just wanted to say a massive thanks to the Staines Vets4Pets team who were very supportive towards my cat Marilyn. Despite the circumstances of putting her down due to her poor condition I could tell they comforted her to the fullest up until the end. Although this was a sad ending for my cat and a very difficult call to make on my part, the support I received was helpful and healing for me. Upon seeing my Marilyn for the last time today they beautifully presented my little one in a quiet room cuddled up peacefully on a bed where I was told I could spend as much time as I needed, this just goes to show the compassion and thoughtfulness from the team as they embraced my final goodbye to her. I was also well informed with my next steps regarding my cat and overall this helping me with accept the loss of a beloved pet. The team have been excellent throughout Marilyn’s life whether that be for nail clipping or for her spaying procedure. I will definitely be coming back in the near future with any new furry felines. Once again thank you so much for looking after my Marilyn 🩷 Maria

Vets for Pets Staines are absolutely brilliant with our new cocker spaniel pup. I don’t want to single out individuals because the whole team are incredible! Nothing is too much bother for them and they’re there to offer help and support whenever we have a question. Thanks so much team - you’re brilliant!

This is my Elvis’ favourite place to visit (even considering some circumstances) because the team are just so friendly and fuss him so much! i feel so at ease visiting here every time and they always have answers to all of my annoying questions! Elvis loves his best friends, Chloe and Kerry❤️ thank you for all your help and everything you’ve done for us so far! we love you!

We decided to come here for our dog Candy to have a check up, as she had not been herself and we noticed her stomach was hard/ sticking out. The vet Paloma, decided candy needed to have blood tests as she was concerned about her stomach. Immediately the vet knew that Candy had pyometra and they had to operate as soon as possible as this was life threatening. She explained this to us and we were completely in shock and unaware that such infection existed. Candy’s previous owner did not get her spayed and we never knew there was a risk to this. We went ahead with the surgery and this was obviously a big shock and we were very upset, the ladies working here were very nice and reassured me Candy was in safe hands and offered me a hug. The surgery was successful and we took Candy home the same day and they provided her with a cone and medicine and advised us of aftercare for her. We went for a post op check up the next day and they were happy with how everything looked. Now yesterday we returned for the last check up and we were told that she looks great and they don’t need to see us again. We signed Candy up for the complete care plus health plan, as we really like this branch and the staff. Thank you for the excellent services, I will definitely be recommending this branch.

I cannot fault the staff at Staines branch of Vets4pets. Needed a local vet in an emergency and took our chihuahua to them after a quick triage phone call. Staff were waiting for us and swooped to take Lola through for examination. Ultimately Lola was too poorly to save. All the staff showed great compassion, kindness and care towards Lola and us. They gave my daughter as much time as she needed and ensured we were ok. The after care was just as caring too. So many little paw and nose prints, and some fur clippings saved for us. Something I hadn’t expected but much appreciated. Everything dealt with sensitivity and professionalism. Thank you to you all for making an unexpected death a bit easier to deal with.
