The lady vet who dealt with Bertie clearly has a magic touch with cats! Bertie is usually part domestic cat - part sabre-tooth tiger in personality - yet she magically managed to keep him calm and compliant (although, the Gabapentin may have helped a bit with that!). The service we received was faultless. It was only the cost that stung a little...! (But, by comparison with other vets, I guess it probably compared favourably - and we have to do what we have to do for our four-legged family members, whatever the cost, don't we?)

We have had a few appointments at Brentknoll vets for our dog, who needed some cytology reports and subsequent surgery, with follow-up appointments. Each time we have had a fantastic experience with all of the staff, providing fantastic care, communication, and compassion for our animals welfare. Highly recommended for any veterinary concerns!

I had a really positive experience at this veterinary clinic. Nurse Abbie was absolutely wonderful with my puppy. He was very calm during his vaccination, which really reassured me, and it was also his first ever nail clip. Abbie handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and genuine friendliness. I was very pleased to see how naturally calm my puppy was under her care. I am very grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend this clinic.

Only recently registered wigh the surgery but our experience so far has been great. The ladies on reception are very helpful, polite and welcoming when you arrive. The waiting area and consultation rooms are very clean and organised. Our dog is quite nervous but the vet was very calm and reassuring during our appointment. Everything was explained to us and we had plenty of time to ask any question we had without feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend Brentknoll Vetinary Surgery to anyone looking for practice for their pet.
