Brentknoll Veterinary Centre Ltd is a small-animal practice that, according to its website, has been providing care for over 25 years and supports a wide range of species (including cats, dogs, and several small pets/exotics). The clinic also advertises advanced in-house diagnostics (including a 64‑slice CT scanner and advanced ultrasound) and in-house referral services alongside orthopaedics, soft-tissue surgery, medicine, ophthalmology, and rehabilitation.
Recent reviews emphasise practical, decision-relevant experiences: a nervous dog handled calmly during an appointment with plenty of time for questions; puppy vaccinations and a first nail clip done in a way that kept the pup noticeably calm; and supportive aftercare around euthanasia, including a handwritten condolence card from the team. One reviewer also describes prompt help when a puppy swallowed a foam ear plug, from initial call through collection after treatment.

I had a really positive experience at this veterinary clinic. Nurse Abbie was absolutely wonderful with my puppy. He was very calm during his vaccination, which really reassured me, and it was also his first ever nail clip. Abbie handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and genuine friendliness. I was very pleased to see how naturally calm my puppy was under her care. I am very grateful for the care she provided and would highly recommend this clinic.

Only recently registered wigh the surgery but our experience so far has been great. The ladies on reception are very helpful, polite and welcoming when you arrive. The waiting area and consultation rooms are very clean and organised. Our dog is quite nervous but the vet was very calm and reassuring during our appointment. Everything was explained to us and we had plenty of time to ask any question we had without feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend Brentknoll Vetinary Surgery to anyone looking for practice for their pet.

I have been bringing both my boys Ronnie and Reggie to this vet's now for over 14 years. To say the service is always exceptional would be an understatement, from the amazing team on the front desk to all the nurses and the vets themselves they are nothing but kind, warm, caring, helpful and every other amazing word you can think of. We had to put our beautiful little Reggie to sleep after 16 wonderful years and everyone at Brentknoll was so supportive and kind, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Then to receive a card in the post that wasn't just a card from a business but hand written by all of the team with messages of condolences was just above and beyond! A huge huge heartfelt thank you for everything you have all done for us and continue to do for us. Thank you from us and Reggie and Ronnie xx

Our 5 1/2 month old cocker spaniel Teddy decided to swallow a foam ear plug this morning and the service, care, treatment and compassion we received at Brentknoll Vets in Worcester was amazing. From the first phone call to collecting him after treatment, we were in no doubt whatsoever, that our beautiful Teddy was in safe hands. Many thanks.
