I can’t recommend LPVC enough. Mike and the entire team are absolutely amazing. When we had to say goodbye to our old lab, Mike took so much time to gently talk us through everything. He even spoke with our daughters to help them understand, which meant more to us than we can express. He gave us the space and time we needed and never rushed us. It truly went above and beyond and made us feel that they genuinely understand our pets are family.

I had to take Oscar, my cat, as an emergency yesterday. Cannot thank the whole team enough for the treatment and diagnosis given. Wholeheartedly recommend this surgery for there care.

Waddle turns 21 this week and would like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful life long care she has had from Ledbury Park. She has mostly seen Uncle Derek and now Aunty Jenny but you have all been the best team ever. The nurses, reception team, the admin people, the team who keep the place sparkling clean and Helen as lead of all things good. Kate we have known too for very many years. A huge thank you to every single one of you Waddle is a lovely example of a life long patient now enjoying high quality senior care.

Last year, the care and compassion shown to both me and my cat was exceptional when treatment for her IBD was not helping and I arranged a home visit for euthanasia. The whole team are fantastic - not just the vets but also the nurses, the customer service team and the practice manager. It is very important to me that they provide their own out of hours service and I have needed to use this on several occaions. The recent investment in the practice premises and equipment by the new partnership is great. Whilst prices have increased they are still very fair, proportionate and transparent. A brilliant personal and caring veterinary practice with a stable team who know their clients both human and furry. Highly recommend
