I have nothing but good things to say about the people at Scott Mitchell. They are genuinely caring and very helpful with everything. I have an elderly dog who has practically moved in with them, he needs so much attention. He gets the warmest of welcomes and lots of affection. I can phone with any worries and I never feel that it’s an imposition. Im always met with the same sunny welcome

Needed a vet Saturday morning from the 1st phone call the staff listened and were keen to help. Ended up with my dog needing some tests and a stay for a few hours. We were kept fully informed at every stage of what was required with time to ask questions and of course the estimated costs involved. We left feeling that my dog had received excellent care with no room for improvement. Highly recommend.

Both of my dogs have been registered at Scott Mitchell since I got them. They have always been excellent. I recently lost my older dog, and the team could not have handled the situation better. I have had dogs for most of my life & I was lucky enough to have Scott Mitchell as our veterinary practice for the last 8 years, using both their Tow Law & Hexham branches. They are knowledgable, kind & compassionate. Every member of staff goes above & beyond for my dogs. I have complete trust in their skill & treatment. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a veterinary practice
