I have going to this vets for years, can’t recommend them enough. From the time you walk in there is always a friendly face and a biscuit for your dog if you want one. Each vet we have seen has always been friendly, especially with my dogs, they spend time to talk to my dig, where some vets just get straight into checking them out, which can be unsettling for some nervous or frightened dogs. If the vets aren’t nice to my dogs when we go in we don’t go back. Copelands is brilliant with all the dogs I have had and they have looked after all of them very well. Do well that one of my dogs, when the vet called his name to go in, he just got up and walked off to see him without me, that says a lot. (I followed)

Used these vets for many years very happily, but have now moved vets as them seem to be use so many locums now that dont seem to take the same time, care or attention to pets. A shame as there is two permanent vets ( one on maternity)that are really good with pets but, i wouldn't be happy seeing the locums, especially if i had a emergency and couldn't wait for permanent vet. A couple of issues that were raised that I had while been with the practice were dealt with very professionally and friendly .

Helen the Vet was great offering sound advice as usual. Its nice to see someone who genuinely cares. Receptionists friendly, highly recommended this vet practice. Nurse helpful and enjoying her job, nice to see.

Excellent vet practice. We moved 20 miles away but still make the journey to see the practice. I can almost always arrange an appointment the same day and the staff are superb. The dogs don't mind going as they are put at ease, fussed and offered treats. The vets are highly experienced and don't push invasive treatments where conservative treatment is better for the animal. Definitely worth the long trip. Their pet health club is super value for money. One of our dogs had a recent operation and the care was faultless. We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
