I just went in and they didn’t even have perches for a budgie cage and the staff are clueless I been in twice now and in both occasions they sent me to smiths pets across the road 😂 clueless

Ohh! I'd never been in and when 8 walked in WoW what a selection of pet gear you can get for all types of pets, I bought my new pup a bed from there, very good plush bed and the treat selection is amazing

Very expensive! I'd rather go online and get similar stuff at a cheaper price! From Home Bargains my cat food cost me £23 for 80 jumbo pouches of Whiskas! Here the same product costs you almost £30! They are charging you £5 extra for Felix/Whiskas products! I would only come here in an emergency!

We've never used these stored before but we popped in today whilst on our way to smiths pets who are amazing to see what they were all about. We were actualy looking for a brush/comb for our ragdoll for when his a touch older and were looking at a few of thier products. There's a few options there including the furminator which our vet advised is against due to them been more appropriate for cays with an undercoat which a ragdoll doesn't have, becuase of this a furminator isn't reccomend amd can cause damage to thier fur and cause irritation and be painfully for them. So looking at the ither brushes they had o asked a member of staff if they knew much about ragdoll amd asked thier opinion on thier products, the madie reccomded the furminator so I explained why they aren't quite what we were looking for but wanted advice on thier other more appropriate products. She replied with, well there is a big wide world out there with cat groomers so just go and use them, there's plenty on facebook then stormed off huffing amd puffing at us. I was quite taken back and shocked so we immediately walked out amd went to our usual pet shop amd found exactly what we were looking for. Despite a lack of knowledge they can't be expected to be clued up on every animal or every breed but their customer service skills and the way she reacted was way out of line. I wont be stepping foot in a jollyes again.

Brilliant pet shop. Best in the area! Competitive prices, great quality products, friendly helpful staff and great reward scheme too. We have also had some lovely pets from here in the past (still have them)
