We were left high and dry by Vets for Pets within Pets at Home Cleveland Retail Park Middlesbrough. No emergency appointments and were expected to wait 4 hours before we could ring their emergency line!! Called Grange Veterinary Practice in Norton. Got us in within 30 mins. Examined our dog and took bloods to try and confirm what they suspected, which was Meningitis as he had all the symptoms. Referred us immediately to Wear Referrals, one of the best Veterinary hospitals in the country. Grange practice called us the next morning to see how our dog was and asked us to call as soon as we heard anything which we did. They then called the following day for an update, the call was the vet, Natalie who we originally saw. They want us to take Stanley in for cuddles now he is home. Absolutely first class care given by all the team. Our vets for life now👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼follow ups are amazing, we get regular text messages reminding us when his treatment is due and every vet, every nurse and all the receptions are fabulous. Outstanding care and customer service from all who work at this practice. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the ease of paying monthly and all my routine visits are taken care of. The reception staff are great: friendly and helpful. The nurses and vets are great at their job and this takes any stress out of the visit for me and my pet.

Being a little nervous on owning our first Dog, a 10 week old Cocker Spaniel, my experience with this Surgery was excellent. From my initial Phone Call to examination by Senior Vet Natalie we felt comfortable and everything was explained very well. Coco also loved the attention and was very well behaved!
