Craig Robinson Vets Ltd

I am going to start this as a positive as the vets who work here are lovely people. My cat Socks had to be put down on 20/09/26, and the vet who took care of him was lovely. Gave us the time to say goodbye, offered reassurance and condolences, and treated my boy so lovingly. Even when he passed, he scooped him up gently, wrapped him up in the blanket i had brought, and called him a good boy. Me and my mum found comfort in how he was treated, we had a nice laugh (though not really, just... happy i guess) that hed taken the time to tuck socks tail in. It warmed and broke my heart. However, the receptionists here are awful and unprofessional. The whole time i was there, they were loudly exclaiming drama about people they know and showed little care, which to me seems very unfitting for receptionists. These conversations should be for breakrooms, not a gab while theres people worrying sick about their pets or, like me, having to go through losing a pet. They had quietened down after socks had been put to sleep, im wondering if they had a call sign to signify when someone is saying goodbye, but we had to repeat 3 or 4 times to a receptionists that we wanted to pay for socks to be cremated on the same day. She said it cant be done, we told her the vet said we could, she agreed and asked us to wait. My mum went outside to get some air while i sat with an empty carrier trying to compose myself. She approached me, asked if we wanted to pay today or when the ashes came AGAIN, and i said were paying today and my mums outside, she then went to get my mum and ASKED HER AGAIN if we were paying that day. Neither receptionist offered condolences or handled the matter delicately. This is a good vets, dont get me wrong, again the vets have been amazing with all my cats, but the receptionists need to be worked on. Whilst there, they had been abit rude to a lady who was fretting about her elderly dog. The unprofessionalism from the staff is heartbreaking in situations like these as some people may leave the buisness due to this, when there are genuinely amazing and caring vets under the same roof. I hope the management will crack down as, from other reviews i had seen while making my own, this isnt a one time occurance.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great treatment for my cat and reasonably priced.

We just relocated to carlisle and signed up with Craig Robinsons. Absolutely fantastic service. We have anxious cats and they were so calm and looked after them well. They are very reasonably priced and the staff were all friendly and couldn't ask for better service. Thank you all

Excellent vets with great care and consideration for your pets

⭐️Grate vet⭐️ puppy of 6 weeks old scratched in the eye today by a cat! Blood over the eye so called the vet he was there within 15 mins and done everything he could and more! Fantastic service Thank you once again ❤️

The staff are all amazing they've always gone above beyond the vets are truelly amazing but we see one vet in particular Felicity she had always gone above and beyond for all fur babies past and present the care and attention and love and understanding you'll never never anywhere else 5star vets 5star services the best vets you'll ever find xx x especially when it comes to the end of life care the love they show to you and your precious fur baby stays in your heart XX Felicity has been there for each one of my fur babies they rest of the staff were just as amazing so careing xx x
