After a very difficult weekend with my 15 year old Wheaten terrier, consisting of several telephone calls to the lovely Jordan. I was booked to have a home visit on the Monday, however, I'd convinced myself he only needed an increase in painkillers so we went to see Jordan at the practice. I eas wrong, his time had come. Jordan was amazing, she waited until my friend could arrive, we were not rushed at all. Fantastic service. I can't thank Jordan enough.

Had pets for over 20+ years and used many vets. Catmose is without doubt the best, welcoming, honest and professional. Make you feel at ease from the very start, highly recommended.

I visited today with Lola and Found this veterinary Centre absolutely amazing. The very best vets in Oakham. I rang up At 08.30 and had an appointment half an Hour later, brilliant service. Jordan was totally amazing and Even sat on The floor assuring Lola at all times: 100% amazing. Claire at reception was lovely too and so friendly all bubbly. Viktor, were so good too and had a wealth of knowledge. You are all a total asset to Oakh And to our doggie friends/ Thank you very much from Jo & Lola xxx

Wonderful vets. The vet, Victor Ortiz, did a brilliant job on our little dog. He is a chihuahua cross and required specialist surgery because his bones are so small. The surgery was complex, but very successfully carried out. The aftercare was very well planned and explained and regular check ups meant that we were absolutely confident when the dog was signed off as fully recovered - and it is such a pleasure to see him running around and playing again. The whole team at Catmose were very caring, kind and good humoured and everything was very well organised. I would highly recommend Catmose Vets

I am forever grateful to all at Catmose vets. My experience from joining them has been nothing shy of above and beyond excellent. All the staff have been so kind and professional dealing with our 10 Year spaniel who had advanced heart failure from joining. I was quoted silly prices from previous vet for scans and consultations. Catmose puts your pet first. I wish to thank Viktor and Kim especially for coming to our home to give Otto the most dignified end. Viktor and Kim asked if we had this experience before and were very mindful explaining the procedure and what was to follow. We were not rushed and were given privacy to spend time with Otto. Highly Recommended Hugo has been coming to the practice since we got him (8 weeks). From the initial contact the team have been great. Really good communication, kind, caring and patient whilst seeing seeing Hugo, and always go that extra mile to make sure we are happy! Antonio is a fantastic vet! I recently messaged at the weekend as my French bulldog pup had taken one too many vitamin tablets. I was worried. However this very was fantastic he went through the composition of medicine and gave me advice to calm me down. He gave the relevant advice which ensured puppy was fine.

After researching vets online for the surgery required for my cat Oscar, I contacted Catmose vets who were very helpful, open and quick to reply to my questions. We travelled up from the South East a few days later where he had his surgery. I loved the fact they kept in touch during the day on the progress of his surgery and recovery. Peace of mind! He was well looked after and aftercare continued once we returned home down south. Very impressed with the quality of their care and will return. Highly recommended.
