#2 Vet in Cramlington, Northumberland
Companion Care (Cramlington) Ltd trades as Vets4Pets and is described on its site as a locally owned practice operating within the Vets4Pets brand. The clinic lists a broad range of in-house diagnostics and surgical options (including an in-house lab and imaging, plus access to a visiting CT scanner) and notes that out-of-hours emergencies are provided via Moorview Referrals.
From the latest reviews available, experiences are mixed: some owners describe highly supportive end-of-life care (including help with ashes, a handwritten card, and a memorial bag), while others report poor customer service/communication and concerns about costs and repeat charges (including a quoted fee to recheck an ear).

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY FOR THIS SHAMBLES OF A PLACE. Owner with the frizzy hair needs to go on a customer service course! Vets are absolutely clueless, got a diagnosis and treatment a lot faster AND cheaper at village vets.

Cannot fault this practice. Looked after my guinea pig and when it came to unfortunately having to put him down they were so compassionate, caring and informative. The vet was extremely thorough, talked me through her thought process and was very supportive. The process to collect his ashes was quick and afterwards I received a handwritten card from the team along with a small memorial bag (candle, tissue, chocolate etc). Genuinely surprised me the level of attentiveness and empathy ❤️

If you can, try to see the vet vicky marsh, she's the best vet I've seen so far hands down. Helped my dog with a growth on her back and identified a black spot in her rear and very friendly too.

My dog had part of his booster injection last week and he had an ear infection also, the injection was £57.99 ish then the ear infection cost for a tiny little bottle of antibiotics and the vet to look in his ear total £106.99 and then have to go back for the other part of his booster that is paid for that was part of the £106.99 only to be told that a £47.00 would need to be handed over for the vet to look in his ear again, i told them it isn't happening and after his final part of his booster i will be going elsewhere ,i was warned about this lot

Absolutely shocking service Didn’t listen to my concerns and was spoken over twice by their nurse after raising concerns over treatment which was surprising changed after my complaint. Not given correct information regarding insurance and took vet consultation off Pet Plan instead of going through insurance. Sat in reception and had to listen to an argument between the manager and another customer. Not the done thing in my opinion. Poor poor customer service
