Judith Bell is one very arrogant person. I objected to their lack of transparency, not given the right to consent and not being informed of a charge for a re-consultation. Her words,"It's on a poster and why would we tell a customer of the charges every time" It's would be helpful if prices were in the actual consultation rooms and not just the reception! Is is too much to offer good customer service?

I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was brilliant! I also mentioned that my dog is reactive, and the team were incredibly understanding and helpful. They made the whole process completely stress-free, even asking other pet owners to give us a bit of space so I could get him weighed and sort things at reception comfortably—something I really appreciated. The vet was absolutely lovely. She took the time to examine him properly, gave him lots of fuss and attention, and offered really helpful advice and reassurance. She even noticed his paw had started bleeding and cleaned it up straight away, which I’m so grateful for. All the staff were amazing—Atlas even stopped for cuddles from the receptionist, which he loved 😂. The whole experience made me feel so much calmer and more confident about managing a reactive dog. Atlas says thank you so much for all the attention and cuddles! 🐾

Receptionist with multi coloured hair was very very rude. I had an appointment for my pets preop which I have had to take time off work for & as soon as greeted by her she refused to give us the appointment as we did not have a cat carrier present. I was never told that my cat would need to be in a carrier for this appointment or I would have brought it in the first place. She gave us no further options, don’t offer to rebook the appointment or offer any help. Very very rude and condescending woman. I would not return or recommend.

I arrived in a state of panic with a new born puppy who was struggling to breathe. The staff and I mean every single person was so kind and calm and reassuring towards me! Kindness is free and I appreciate the warm welcome and such speedy support. Thank you so much! 🐾🖤🦾
